  EMI502NF16LM-10C is a high-performance static random access memory chip based on asynchronous SRAM architecture,with a storage capacity of 2Mbit,an organization mode of 128Kb×16 bits,a working voltage of 3.3V,and a maximum access speed of 10ns,which is suitable for data processing scenarios that require high response speed.
